List 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.

Each of these reflections deepens my understanding of myself and my place in the world, blending emotional realities with existential truths.

1. I am in this space: Right now, I feel grounded in my surroundings. There’s something comforting about acknowledging where I am physically. It makes the abstract feel tangible, and I find strength in knowing my place in the world at this very moment.

2. I am a cosmic being: Sometimes, when I look at the stars, I’m reminded that I’m part of something much bigger than my daily worries and joys. It’s humbling and exhilarating to think of myself as a tiny part of this vast universe, connected to an intricate dance of galaxies and stars.

3. I can feel: My ability to feel is both a gift and a challenge. Emotions flood through me, each one a vivid reminder of my experiences and connections. Feeling deeply is what makes life rich and complex, and I wouldn’t trade my capacity to feel for anything.

4. I am observing an experience: Life feels like a stream of moments passing before my eyes, and I am here, a witness to the beauty and tragedy of it all. This observer within me helps me step back and not get overwhelmed, allowing me to experience life more fully without losing myself in it.

5. I get hungry: Hunger is such a primal signal, isn’t it? Every time I feel it, I’m reminded of my basic needs, my human vulnerability. It’s a universal experience, connecting me with every other living being that needs nourishment to survive.

6. I am more than I am right now: I often feel that I’m on the brink of becoming something more. There’s a potential inside me, an energy waiting to unfold. Even on days when I feel small or insignificant, I hold onto the promise that I am growing, evolving, becoming.

7. I birth two children: Bringing my children into the world has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. It’s a love so profound and fierce that it reshapes your entire being. I am a guardian, a guide, and forever connected to these lives I’ve helped create.

8. I need water: This simple need connects me to the earth and to the cycle of life. Each sip is a reminder of life’s sustenance, and it’s grounding to think about how essential such a basic element is to my survival and well-being.

9. I need to breathe: Breathing is my anchor in the storm of life. With each breath, I find a moment of peace, a chance to center myself. It’s a vital reminder to pause, reflect, and live in the present, especially when life feels overwhelming.

10. I am observing multiformations: I see layers and patterns everywhere—in nature, in relationships, in the universe. Recognizing these multiformations makes the world a richer, more complex place. It’s like watching a grand tapestry being woven, with me as part of the pattern.
