Today, I affirm that I am deserving of love, especially from myself. I acknowledge that I am safe in my own presence, free from harm and judgment.

I commit to embracing self-care, recognizing that nurturing my body, mind, and spirit is essential for my well-being. I honor my feelings and allow myself the space to grow and heal.

Each act of kindness I extend to myself reinforces my worth and strengthens my resolve to live authentically. I am patient with my journey, understanding that self-love is a continuous practice.

In this moment, I choose to cherish and protect the sanctuary within me, knowing that I am my own greatest ally. I commit to embracing self care, recognizing that nurturing my body, mind, and spirit is essential for my well being.

I honor my feelings and allow myself the space to grow and heal. I practice self-love by caring for myself and ensuring my safety in every experience.

Apart from these two practices, knowing love from anyone (including myself) I feel unsafe with and uncared for in my experience with them will be difficult.

I want to feel safe in my own presence but it’s difficult because I still carry the weight of past hurts and insecurities. Sometimes, old wounds resurface, making it challenging to fully trust and love myself. But I understand that healing is not linear and that each step forward, no matter how small, is a victory.

I remind myself that it’s okay to seek support when needed, whether from friends, family, or professionals. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It’s an act of self-love, acknowledging that I deserve compassion and understanding.

I also recognize the importance of setting boundaries to protect my well-being. Saying no when I need to, and yes to what truly nourishes me, is a powerful affirmation of my worth. By honoring my limits, I create a safe space for myself to thrive.

I take time to celebrate my achievements, no matter how minor they may seem. Each accomplishment is a testament to my resilience and growth. I am proud of who I am becoming, and I give myself permission to feel joy and pride in my progress.

Mindfulness and self-reflection become tools in my journey, helping me stay grounded and connected to my inner self. Through meditation, journaling, or simply taking a few moments to breathe deeply, I anchor myself in the present, reminding myself of my inherent worth.
