Girl, you made it, and I know you wonder how, but you’re here. I want to tell you how proud I am of you. You’ve been through so much, and now look at you. You are so beautiful, healthy, and whole. The way your body was acting about 40 years ago, I thought you would have checked out by now, but you turned your life around.

WOW, look at all these best-seller books you wrote. Are you still doing that MindShift Mastery podcast? How did you feel she you were interviewing Mitchell Obama and Jim Carey?

I thought those interviews were amazing. I would love to be here with you, but I had to leave so you would have an opportunity to complete our purpose for being here.

I hope you’ve continued to inspire and empower others through your work. It’s incredible to think about the impact you must have had on people’s lives. Remember the struggles you faced and the obstacles you overcame to get to where you are now. Your story is one of resilience and determination, and I hope you never forget that.

I also hope you’ve taken the time to enjoy life and savor the moments that make it truly special. Have you traveled to all the places you dreamed of? Have you embraced new experiences and tried things that scared you? Don’t forget to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and I hope you have seized every opportunity that comes your way.

As I write this letter, I can’t help but wonder about the world you live in. Has technology continued to advance at an unimaginable pace? Are there flying cars and robots everywhere? Or have we found a way to cherish the natural world and live in harmony with it? I hope that humanity has learned from its past mistakes and has come together to create a better future for generations to come.

Lastly, I want to remind you that even though you’re 100 years old, never lose sight of the things that truly matter. Family, love, and human connection are the foundation of our existence. Cherish the relationships you have, and never take them for granted. Remember always to be kind, compassionate, and understanding towards others. We are all on this journey together, and it’s important to lift and support each other.

As I sign off on this letter, I send you all my love and admiration. You have accomplished so much, and I am in awe of the person you have become. May your remaining years be filled with joy, laughter, and continued growth. Keep shining your light, my dear 100-year-old self. Happy birthday, sweetie! I love you!
